30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want your purchase to genuinely help. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund - no hard feelings.

What’s eligible

We’ll refund when:

  • You didn’t get value from the material after giving it an honest try.
  • You experienced technical issues we couldn’t resolve promptly.
  • You made a duplicate purchase by mistake (charged twice for the same item).

What’s not eligible

To keep the policy fair, we don’t refund when:

  • The request arrives after 30 days from purchase.
  • There’s clear, repeated misuse of the guarantee (e.g., frequent purchases/refunds).
  • Bundles are partially consumed with a request to refund only some items (we’ll refund the entire bundle instead).

Note: Digital products don’t require physical returns or shipping.

How to request a refund

Email wisdomoflove@protonmail.com with:

  • Subject: Refund Request
  • Order email + order number
  • Product name(s)
  • (Optional) A brief note on what didn’t work - this helps us improve.

We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank/card may take longer to post).

Access & delivery

Downloads and access links are delivered instantly to your email after purchase. If you don’t see them, please check spam/promotions or contact us and we’ll resend.

EU customers – 14-day cooling-off period

If you’re in the EU: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital content purchased online unless you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose that right.

  • During checkout we may ask you to confirm immediate access. If you haven’t accessed/downloaded the product and didn’t consent, you can cancel within 14 days.
  • Separate from the above, our 30-day money-back guarantee still applies globally.

Chargebacks

If something’s wrong, please email us first - we’ll fix it or refund you. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can slow things down.
